Top baby product
One of our top baby products, we’re getting more sleep and it’s without question due to the snoo. Baby has been sleeping through the night since 2 months. Can not recommend enough.

How to piss off exhausted new parents
Extremely disappointed with the latest update in the App paired to our Snoo. I woke up in the middle of the night and was logged off the App (or kicked off). I tiredly logged back in to find out I couldn’t use any of the app features I’ve been relying on for 2+ months with current baby and for 6 months with my first child. I now have to pay $19.99 PER month on top of the high price I paid to purchase the Snoo in order to use the key functions of the Snoo like to track sleep, use noise machine etc. I was not aware this update would be coming and was never notified. I would rather pay a price up front than be surprise billed later on to use a product I already purchased. I was very pleased with Snoo purchase prior to this update.

Pricy but worth it
I tried not to buy this but ended up buying a few weeks in because my anxiety of our baby squishing up in the side of the bassinet got me. I’m so reliant on it now that I travel with it which is annoying but provides peace of mind. Baby is four months and I’ve tried transitioning to crib for naps but she doesn’t do well with that. Hoping to wean off of this but it’s so nice to be able to put her down somewhat awake and have it rock her to sleep. If there were a version of this that just strapped her in and didn’t even have a mechanical component u would have bought it right away, assuming it was much cheaper. I’m very much more interested in the swaddle that doesn’t let her roll/move than the white noise and movement.

Life saver for night sleep
Would recommend 100%. Baby didn’t like first 2-3 weeks but has slept in it everyday since 1 month. Currently 3 months old and still using. Will try to remember to update when baby is weaned off it (6 months) to give perspective on how that process goes. Very easy to set up. Very sturdy. Love fabric around it, breathable. Perfect size for small room. White noise is great, haven’t used hatch sound machine yet.

Bad for Twins, Don't Buy Early
The Snoo is expensive, and Snoo for twins is doubly expensive. However, I bit the bullet in the hopes of better sleep. If you are thinking of doing the same, you should know that Snoo does not work with twins on Android. You need two seperate devices, which even if you have two phones for some reason, it is such a pain to figure out who is crying, find the right device, and then soothe them. By then, they have already gotten really awake. And for all of you who (like me) will be doing nights alone, good luck! You can only use the app for one baby.Further, the app kept disconnecting. The support was awful. Every time I asked for help, I got a list of 8+ steps I needed to do before they would help me. These were complicated steps like taking a photo of the code on the bottom of the snoo, getting a video of the problem, and showing my online receipt. Then, the video length they want is too long to send in an email, but they won't help you unless you complete all of these steps. What new parent, especially with twins, has time to do all that? Finally, DO NOT BUY EARLY even for a sale. We had our twins several months after we bought our Snoo, because it was on sale then and because we were worried we would have premies. The support will only help you for exactly 6 months from your purchase, which for us was only after a few weeks of use. SO FRUSTRATING!

Not worth the money..
I read tons of reviews before our baby came and loved the idea of ensuring baby slept on their back with the swaddle/clips. Unfortunately baby never enjoyed the snoo, I tried following suggestions of using just for naps and easing into with just being on weaning mode but it never worked. Product was loud with even just rocking. Ended up using as a bassinet until we upgraded to a mini crib to keep baby in room. Many of our friends had the same experience! I know it when it works, it works so well! It unfortunately just didn’t work for us

the MOST IMPORTANT baby item
After a month of sleepless nights with a newborn, we caved and bought the SNOO at 12:28 AM and it is hands-own the best middle-of-the-night purchase I've EVER made. We were starting with a baby that woke every 2-3 hours and was IMPOSSIBLE to get back to sleep after feedings. The first night with the SNOO our little man slept 5.5 hours, woke for a feeding (went RIGHT back to sleep) and then slept 5 MORE HOURS. We felt like new people! And it wasn't beginners luck! The next night, he slept 4 hours, woke for feeding, then slept for another 5 hours. By the third night, his longest stretch of sleep was 7 HOURS! We continued on like this (waking once for feeding) for a month and a half until last night....our sweet baby slept for 10 HOURS! The whole night - all thanks to the SNOO. This is 100% a necessary purchase for those having a baby! I know it's expensive but it is SO WORTH THE MONEY. Sleep is priceless and if you're looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST BABY SHOWER GIFT ON THE PLANET, buy this.Run, don't walk. And if you're having a baby or trying for a baby, save up, do what you gotta do, and look for when it goes on sale because honestly, this bassinet is more necessary than pacifiers, diapers bags, and basically every baby item besides diapers tbh.
