I wish I would have found these before I purchased several other rachet straps. these work great for strapping my Honda SxS down on the trailer. I love the self-retracing feature. I would definitley buy these again!

I bought these to tie down kayaks ( be careful not to over tighten and warp anything) to trailer I modified to carry them. I don't trust cam style tie downs to cruise down the thruway at 65 to 70 mph for several hours. I really like the self storing feature. After cruising down the highway in the rain and several other rainy days the mechanisms didn't work as smoothly. This is why they don't get a 5 star rating, otherwise they would. I have lubed the return spring and ratcheting mechanisms with lithium spray and they are working better than new. I will be keeping them inside for the winter and using them next year when kayaking season starts back up. They make a nice neat application without the excess strap whipping around in the wind. Also the retaining clips on the hooks is also a nice feature.

The design is the best on the market. Will recommend to everyone needing any kind of tie down straps. Excellent product

These. Are. Awesome. Wife bought them for me for Father’s Day, and I bought two more sets as Christmas presents. One small set back, since they are retracting, they have to be a little short (or else the rolls would be huge), so you might need a set of the ancillary tie down extenders that you can buy here as well.

Most of the people do not imagine how great are retractable ratchet straps in real life - to fix your motorcycle, boat or any other item on trailer. No more adjusting long straps before fastening, goodbye to annoying and flapping strap ends! :)

Great when new, but for an outdoor product very quickly the automatic reels started to sieze up and fail, returning to what would be a nornal ratchet strap. The product didnt look like it was chineese made, but In truth it acted as a cheap Chineese Import. The internal retracting spirings sieze up with rust .

I know it's pricey but This is an awesome strap. Very convenient and strong no more messing around. Definitely would recommend.
