Love this thing. Touch screen, Windows 11, fast, and really easy to carry around. I still have a dell docking station from my last job before I left and it works well as a CPU as well. Couldn't get a better deal.

Seems nice but not for a long ride!!!!
Don’t buy this laptop. Everything was working fine after setting it up until the screen a week later the screen started to glitch every other time. I have this laptop for less than a month now and I ll have to return it. Amazon should really review the item they are allowing sellers to sell !

I didn’t think that I could love a laptop just as much as I love my MacBook but I am absolutely happy with this purchase. I love that it is touch screen and it is a great buy. The condition is excellent and it doesn’t look like it has been used. I am truly shocked. Very pleased.

What exactly do they mean with "Renewed"?
I guess "renewed" is an ambiguous term but here's what I received: laptop fan was making noise, so I took cover off back and found a fan packed with dust and some foam tape had disintegrated into it making the noise. I cleaned it all out and noise stopped. Found they had painted the back plastic cover to make it look new and paint got into the fan vents too (just thought this was interesting). The battery was clearly brand new. The ram was old. Ran diagnostics on the machine and had to download 2 full years of updates (from bios to audio drivers) and logs showed they had removed half the RAM from the computer (again, interesting). Now? It works great, great features (got the touchscreen win11 version) and coming from an Apple-only user, that is a lot to say for a Windows machine. But, buyer beware that these may require some maintenance and I wonder if just dropping a new battery in it and painting the outside should be considered renewed? I guess that's a lesser fixing than refurbished. Bu, I don't regret it because I'm techie enough to work on these and a for little less than $300: can't beat the deal.

Nice value
Works pretty much great, few minor details, but the most annoying thing is the keypad, don't know what it is exactly, but I have to literally press 2-3 times on some letters and numbers to get it to work.

Refurbished Dell laptop disappointing
I am disappointed and questioning my decision to buy a refurbished laptop at about a third of the cost of a new one. Dark spots are on the screen and seem to be burnt into it from the screensaver. The battery only charges to 76% and it doesn’t stay up long. The keyboard does not work well and my passwords I can’t see are always wrong. I think I should return it 😩
