This is working great for powering my AnyTone mobile radio. I've had many successful two-way communications on the 2 meter band. This power unit fits the bill. I'm happy with it.

I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THIS INVERTER FOR TWO REASONS ONE IF IT EVER GETS HOT ENOUGH IT HAS A FAN THAT WILL COME ON AUTOMATICALLY AND TWO FOR IT BEING 30 AMPS. I GOT IT TO POWER MY CB RADIOS AT 13.8 DC VOLTS AND IT DOES ABOUT 14.1VOLTS WHICH IS GREAT FOR WHAT I WANT IT TO POWER. I HAVE A 40 CHANNEL CB AND 100 WATT KICKER AND THE FAN HAS NEVER COME ON SINCE I PLUGGED IT IN TO USE IT. IT IS WHISPER QUIET AND NO INTERFERENCE COMING IN THE RADIO FROM IT. ALSO THE UNIT ITSELF HAS NEVER GOT WARM TO THE TOUCH EITHER, LIKE FROM OVER DRIVING IT. SO IF YOUR WANTING TO SET UP A CB BASE STATION IN THE HOUSE, DON'T OVER LOOK THIS INVERTER WHICH IS SMALL AND OF GOOD QUALITY GOOD VALUE AND PERFORMANCE AND WHISPER QUIET. IT DOES HAVE A FUSE AND THAT WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT JUST IN CASE. OK THEN I'M DONE. 73'S--027TAMPABAY..

This product works great to my bench work I do with ham gear radio equipment

This product is exactly as advertised. No observable RF noise impacting my radio and it runs quiet and cool. Very happy with this purchase.

This review is specific to the 30 Amp 13.8V fixed voltage power supply. I purchased this supply to provide ground power to the avionics of my RV-14 and so far it has worked great for that purpose - my baseline draw is 8 Amps and bumps up to a peak of around 25 with _everything_ on that bus active and this supply has handled it without issues. It's quiet both audibly and electrically and the system sees the 13.8V as an alternator input so it effectively charges the system backup batteries. The only downside is that I anticipated the screw terminals to have removable caps so I could use ring terminals on my power lead, but they are captive and require fork terminals to connect.

This is a nice compact power supply, that's put together fairly well, and produces the fully rated 30 amps. Not that I would run it at maximum capacity all the time! It will do it though when you need it. What a great little unit for the money!

Compact and efficient, I use this to power my 2m/70cm Ham Radio and it does that job very well. It was easy to make the connection with the wires on the front of the device, and it is also convenient to have the on/off switch there. The lighted on/off switch is nice, but it also gives you another light showing that it is powered on. A good device for items needing 12v power.

Silent, keeps cold and a very small form factor makes it a great choice for a small shack.

Does the job. Bought it to connect an ICOM 7300 100w to it and a VHF/UHF 50/25w and it performs well. It's nice and compact compared with other bulky power supplies
