Flatirons Disc Adhesive Plate Hanger Set (2-3 Inch and 2-4 Inch Hangers)

These work so well for hanging plates! I’ve ordered twice now, in various sizes.

I bought these to hang my Grandmother's china painted plates. Unfortunately for me I used 3M strips to hang them, and the humidity led to the 3m hook falling off. FORTUNATELY my plate had this adhesive disc hanger on the back, which held most of the plate together, and helped me salvage it and also made it easier to glue it back together. I was so glad I had this disc on the back. Be sure to follow all of the cleaning directions prior to using. I love that these are easy to apply and remove, and don't damage your plates. FANTASTIC PRODUCT.

What you say? Better than the competitor? Yes! My wife wanted to hang some plates on the wall and we looked in hardware stores for the best clip and everything we found was either too large (meaning the top of the plate would stick too far away from the wall or the top of the hanger would be visible above the plate) so we found these here on Amazon. Very simple to attach, just moisten the adhesive with water and a little finger "grease", let is season ( my word) then press it onto the. back of the plate. Let it set overnight and you are ready to hang. The only "con" I would mention is that you really need to let it dry overnight. I know this might be difficult for those "instant gratification" folks but sometimes the anticipation is well worth it. You won't be disappointed, trust me.

8 months after hanging vintage plate fell off. Weight/size guide was followed. Do not recommend unless you want valuable one of a kind pieces destroyed. So upset.

I was really impressed with these plate hangers. I have a couple of the old style that show the hooks on the edges of the plates and these ones look so much better! It does take a few minutes to apply each one (you need to wet down the surface which activates the glue and leave it for a couple of minutes, then apply them to the plate or item being hung) but well worth it.

I can now hang antique plates without danger of edges getting damaged as I used to with those metal hangers. The instructions are simple and straight forward with fantastic results. Just make sure that the hanger is placed so the plate will hang from a hook where you want it before you smooth out the glue and let it dry. Once dry, the bond is very strong and will support your plate well, but is easily removed by following the instructions. Terrific product!

Have used these before, they are the best plate hangers, just follow the simple instructions and they work great !

If you wait and let the glue get tacky as instructed this product works well. I used it for 2 decorative pie plates to hang in my country kitchen on either side of my rolling pin rack . I also used smaller version on a ceramic cutting board to also hang in the kitchen. I would highly recommend... only draw back is that you can only utilize for an item that you do not place in the oven so for decorative effect only
