Freezer is working properly again!
This is the second seal that we have ordered in last couple of years. This one was 1000 percent better than the first one we ordered, different seller. Did not arrive twisted, crimped or damaged. Layed it out flat for a couple of hours and installed.

Perfect replacement fit
Was the correct size for my 2nd hand Fridgidaire freezer. The original seal got pinched & started to become stiff at the top. Was pleased to find this as a replacement. I hung it from a door frame in the bathroom, while we took showers, for a few days to get the bends out (from shipping). This seals the door like the original, will definitely reorder again if/when the time comes.

Good replacement
It took much longer to deliver than originally stated and was delayed a few times but it fits Kenmore upright freezer model 25322042411 takes some work to get it on though so be prepared

Just what I needed
Purchased to replace seal on my upright Kenmoore freezer. Due to production being stored folded in a package, it took a full day for the gasket to fully expand and actually seal properly. I used a strap to hold the door closed until gasket relaxes in place.

Great Customer Service!!
This was so easy to install, great product, but most of all the customer service from this company was superb! They answered all my questions on trouble shooting and we’re very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend buying from them!

Arrived warped
There were two small sections that were warped so it was letting air in which caused the freezer to create ice or frost inside the freezer. I tried dunking it in warm water to get the warped sections to straighten itself out but no luck. The only other thing I can try is a heat gun to soften the gasket. Pretty disappointed because I have to spend more money to fix a brand new product.

Did not really fit like a new one should
The old door seal was replaced with this one. Major problem was that the old one after a few years started to not seal properly resulting in a lot of ice building inside the freezer and around the door.The new seal was replaced according to the manufacturers instruction. Now after a few weeks it starts failing resulting in ice building due to condensation on the freezer frame just under the door. Every attempt to close the gap failed.
