Expensive for what it is, but worth it
I’ve been using tree cuttings for some time (free) but without a dremel, it was getting tough on my knives. These blocks are great for practice and withstanding some minute detail.

Pretty good wood
Quite soft wood. Although the wood does lack some if the character that other Bass wood has. Probably not given enough time for the tree to mature

Too small
Bought to start my whittling hobby and sold as ideal for that purpose but the pieces are all very small. I found that made it very fiddly trying to learn to carve on them. Sounds like a good deal getting that many but in reality I've got lots I don't know what to do with
