This worked very well until the USB ports started failing after 10 months

Wir nutzen die Dockingstation an einem Apple Macbook und sind bislang sehr zufrieden.Anschluss aller peripheren gerate hat tadellos funktioniert. Das Produkt können wir für den Einsatz empfehlen.

Ich habe das Gerät seit August 2022 in Verwendung (1/2 Jahr). Leider machte das Hub von Anfang an sehr starke Probleme.Generelle InfoOS: MacOSHardware: MBP 16'' M1 ProSetup: 2x 4k Ultrawide (Laptop geschlossen)1. Wake up:Wenn der Rechner in den Sleep Modus wechselt muss ich in ca 90% der Fälle entweder das Kabel ab- und wieder anstecken. Oftmals geht es selbst dann nur wenn ich die Herz wechsle.2. DP & HDMI:Weder HDMI noch DP funktionieren ohne Probleme. Ich habe diverse Kombinationen probiert und mind. einer der beiden Monitore geht zwischendurch aus (für ca. 1 Sekunde). In manchen Fällen passiert das alle 10 Sekunden und man muss die Verbindung zum Rechner abstecken und wieder anstecken3.Crash:Wohl das schlimmste. Mindestens ein mal am Tag gibt das Hub komplett den geistauf und crasht. Das äussert sich in dem das gerät kurz aus (alles schwarz) geht und dann sofort wieder an. Wenn man das macbook zugeklappt hat (also nur mit externen Monitoren arebitet) führt das je nach Einstellung dazu dass man aus dem Rechner ausgeloggt wird. Sollte das in einem Meeting passieren kann das dazu führen dass man stark eingeschrankt ist. Ist man Host eines Meetings kann es dazu führen dass das Meeting für alle Beteiligten beenden oder unterbrochen wird.Fazit: Für Poweruser, also Leute die ein zuverlässiges Gerät benötigen e.g Gamer oder bei Remote Präsentationen ist dieses Produkt nicht empfehlenswert. Ich bin gezungen nur erneut ein teures Gerät zu kaufen und dieses landet dann wohl auf der Ersatzbank oder wird a eine Person verschenkt die entweder keinen externen Monitor damit betreiben möchte oder für die Unterbrechungen nicht schlimm sind.Finger weg für alle Poweruser

I don't normally write reviews but in recent months I have bought several docks to use with my MacBook Pro and additional dual monitors. They have all promised and faILED.But not this one.It works very well and I'm also very impressed that it came with the twin usb c cable shown in the picture; especially as this is necessary for it to work in 3 screen extend mode (and I couldn't find that lead anywhere to buy). Although I could have used 2 separate leads at the same time, part of the point of a dock is to streamline my workspace as much as possible.Be sure to give careful attention to the connection directions if using 2 or more additional monitors.

My monitors were always blinking every 10min or so.Now one of the hdmi ports doesn't work.I'd would like to return it
