Very comfortable.
Bought this to give me a smooth line under a dress for a wedding. It was comfortable to wear and didn’t roll down at all the whole day . It is very stretchy so won’t really take any inches off your figure but it did give me a lovely smooth line which is what I wanted.

SHAPEWEAR SHORTS
I'm a UK size 14 and bought the L size using on the sellers chart. The packs were marked XL/XXL but goodness me they are tight! Hold everything in they most certainly do, and more! But they're already stretching a bit with use so should eventually be ok. But do be aware of the sizing! The plus side is they're lovely and warm and the material nice and soft.

Back support or shapewear I'm not sure
I like the support in the waist band . I've had back surgery so it helps keep my back straight and supported .the shape wear is easy to put on but I suggest you go down a size if you want a tighter fit . The down size are the legs they constantly keep riding up . Would I buy them again for my back protection yes . For shape wear no

I am only 5ft1 but these were very long on me. The stomach section was more over my chest!
