Puts out a lot of power for the money. Stays cool running at 1ohm. Bass knob is a nice feature. I’m pushing 2 350 watt 12s with no problem. I might get the even bigger model in the future.

I bought this amp a few years ago for my F-150 and have been very pleased with it. I was in need of an amplifier for my Honda so I ordered another one earlier this week. The 1 star reviews on here are from people who have no idea what they are doing. A couple things to note with these full-bridge amplifiers:1. They don't like low voltage. If you have stock electrical that dips quite a bit, you are going to have a bad time.2. They aren't as forgiving as most half-bridge amps when it comes to input sensitivity. Super high input voltage is usually a bad thing. Clipping input voltage is usually a bad thing. Thinking that the gain is a volume control is always a bad thing.Set your gains properly, keep an eye on your voltage and you will be golden.

The first one I had lasted in my daily driver 4 years and only went out due to user error"me" was my fault...I bought this one so I could pull the taramps HD3000.1 I had in my truck out for another soundstreme...It's pushing a Skar EVL18 I rebuilt and the rattle u are hearing is my back window not liking it!...These amplifiers are very efficient, I'm no longer dropping voltage at red lights like I was with the taramps and it pushes my 18 harder than the taramps HD3000.1 did..I'm happy to be running this soundstreme TXP6000.1 again!! Better than the taramps and cost less!

So far I just installed this and tested it. It has awesome power! I am very impressed. Even with the very high shipping cost, This was a good value for the power. I needed the 1200 watts at 2 ohms and this handled it very well. Definately a good purchase.Update: after a few months it quit working. I tried to contact seller and received no response.Works good until it doesn’t

First off i been installing car audio sinceThe age of 14 i work at a car audio store as a installer i also repair electronics and understand how it all worksI repaired full bridge half bridge and class D class A/B and class A amplifiersNow the topology of theze and many Brazilian amplifiers like digital audio is simple and easy and run off high voltage and the units are sensitive. So given how you here higher "rca" voltage is better in most case yes but not with these units there not as forgiven every thing needs too be perfect from the voltage it says too Rca's too the voltageIt's feeding from so a good solid power supply is need for these amps people bash the amplifiers because any one can hookup wires and think there doing it right and there shit blows and want too blame everyone but them selfIt takes knowledge and money too do it right this amplifier is great just like all the other full bridge out thereThe design is less forgiving of weak electrical and gain mismatches. They have less of a tolerance for uneducated installers due too the complexity of the circuit it use.
