Arrived intact. We use them alot while in the pool. Lightweight, easy to hold. Good size. You really get a good workout.

BEST exercise equipment EVER!
I use these every time I go to the pool (which is a lot)! I get a fantastic workout! They are super durable, and provide amazing resistance. Two thumbs up! I have both the hand held Hydrobells, and the ones for the legs. They're nothing short of amazing.

Best Therapeutic device.
I am enthusiastically thrilled with these exercise devices. Whoever engineered these things is a genius! I am a stroke and quadruple bypass survivor. I lost most of the strength in my left arm to the point that I can't control a drink handed to me in a drive through window. I have tried working out in a very nice gym on weight training apparatus, but it gets frustrating when I can't curl anything more than 20 pounds, nor can I press more than 30. These water devices will allow me to build up my strength gradually over time until I am ready to hit the gym again with confidence.

Really works!
Works amazing! These are so much better than the foam exercise weights in the water. They adjust to the individual simply by how fast or slow the user moves them through the water. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they cost a lot for molded plastic.

Well worth it for a great pool workout
These are extremely well-made and easy to use. They provide excellent resistance for both push and pull movements, which you can do at the same time. In other words, you get resistance in both directions so you can work chest and back in the same exercise, for example. It also comes with a sheet of suggested exercises.

Well made. I alternate them with my large foam weights and can't tell the difference between them at this stage. I still have some exercises to try, which might tip the balance in their favour. Maybe I'm stronger than I think I am and should have gone for a size-up to increase resistance.
