GLORYViolin with Case, Shoulder Rest, Bow, Rosin and Extra Strings (3/4)…

My daughter has been playing violin since elementary and is now in the 7th grade her orchestra teacher recommended this violin since technically she is a beginner. violin came intact with everything mentioned she had no problem setting it up only thing not used yet is the little tuner but just needs batteries overall it has worked well.

I just opened the package and began to set it up. Unfortunately I am unable to play it. The peg does not stay tightened so the string stays loose. There is no tune that can be played. I tried to get it to stay, but it will loosen up as soon as I let go. Violin looks nice and the packaging looks great for my daughters first violin. Too bad it’s defected.

I bought this for my daughter over a year ago, and it is still good today. The violin works well and the case is very sturdy. The only issue is now that the one string sometimes wants to slip out of tune, but could be due to needing new strings. Def would recommend buying. She loves it and has learned so much.

It is exactly what I was looking for. A decent beginner instrument. For anyone who says the bridge is off center, they have it on backwards. For anyone who says the bridge keeps flying off..., no idea what you are doing. This item is definitely not a toy is is a decent beginning instrument for anyone wanting to learn to play the violin. It may not stay in tune at first, but the strings will need stretched, so just keep tuning it. If the pegs keep slipping some peg grease should do the trick. You can’t tune a string instrument then walk away and expect it to be in tune when you return. In all my years I have only come across one string instrument that you can do that with, but it is an extremely exceptional instrument.

Fingerboard and tailpiece aren't even, the bridge is prone to popping out, and, most infuriating, it will NOT stay in tune. It gets the job done for those learning, but you get what you pay for.

My daughter wanted a violin but she’s a teenager and not the most responsible. This one is excellent quality for the price. I can’t wait to give it to her for Christmas

This violin is actually very good quality for the price. My grandson loves it

It was a great starter for a young child. I didn’t like that the bridge had to be placed and then the strings needed to be put in place then tightened and tuned. Another good thing is that the tuner came with it and the battery for it.

The case has mold in the front pocket and the bow hairs were mostly broken. I’m really disappointed with it as it was suppose to be a Christmas gift and I’ve just wasted my money.

The violin doesn’t sound. We’ve try to adjust all the cords and strings, but still does not sound clear at all. Very disappointing
