Kind of a medium quality pan. I realized I didn't notice that the "large" skillet, which looks large in the picture, is only 9 and 1/2 inches. It's very small. The surface is great. If you control the heat and keep it low these cook food pretty well. Very easy to clean with soapy water and a sponge. Although the ad says dishwasher safe, I haven't had good luck with this brand in the dishwasher in the past. For the price range these are decent pans and should last quite a while.

Have had this for 3 months. It’s holding up nicely and the nonstick is great. Heats faster than some other pans but you can get a good seat. Cleanup is easy. Will see how it holds up in the long run

These release the food well and wash up well. I like the inside surface of the pans. Does not seem like it will scratch or chip off.

It's a fairly big frying pan, so I'm glad it's lightweight. Some might think that it makes it less heavy duty. That might be the case if you bang it around a lot, but I don't and so I'm grateful for its lighter weight, as it makes it easier to shake the pan when I'm frying something.And, the coating is really amazing, it seems like pan engineering has advanced since I last bought a pan. Nothing sticks to it!The price is very good, I highly recommend this pan.

I'm pleasantly surprised by how Nonstick this pan is. Food slides very easy - nothing has stuck to it yet. I've been using Calophalon pans for years, but we decided to see what else was out there. The price was right and the reviews great, and we needed a replacement, so we threw it in the cart and checked out. So far we're very happy with it, but we can't speak to durability yet. We've only been using it for about a month.

Product makes cooking and clean up extremely easy. I’ve given Green Pan cookware to family as gifts and they love them too.

Love the GreenPan set overall. They are a bit smaller than I thought they'd be, but I'm very happy with them. They are truly non-stick and they clean like a breeze.

I've had this pan for 5 months and used it average 2 times per week. It has already become "stick" vs. "non-stick". I use medium heat on an electric element and recently braised a roast for the oven. What I thought would be another easy clean, turns out there is no amount of scrubbing gets out the black "carbonization".I expected that over a much much longer period and frequency of use but definitely not this soon. Greenpan website says to boil water in the pan then use a special scrubber (not included) to remove the black. Well, at this point I shouldn't have to pay extra for specialty cleaning tools for a non stick pan that cost me $105 but I did use a similar melamine sponge to no avail. My age old Hamilton Beach non stick electric frypan lasted 15 years without having to scrub!!! Looking at the Greenpan US website it's on sale for 41.99 USD. If you do buy it get it at that price at least you won't have spent a lot on a pan that fails to live up to it's name. Additionally there is no warranty in Canada. If you look up the parent company (The Cookware Company USA) on the Better Business Bureau, you'll see a rating of "F" the worst possible rating!! Hundreds of complaints each year....

11 inch diameter is the exact size I was looking for compared to the massive 12 inch and smallish 10 inch skillets. The quality is decent, but I had to revise this review to note that the non-stick coating is losing effectiveness after only a few months.

This pot is great, nothing sticks and is easy to clean.
