It does a good job stabilizing my knee and is comfortable once I got used to it. At first the end of the straps took getting used to because the velcro bit is thinner and extends beyond the cloth and padded part. When I went to grab the end of the strap to take the brace off I did not catch the velcro at first, I kept getting the thicker padded part- which is not the end of the strap. When I put it on, I position the whole over the patella and set the center strap then the bottom strap and last the top strap. I have osteoarthritis and am missing cartilage in my knee this helps me be able to continue to walk- though I do use a cane in addition.

Ordered it for my Daddy cause he always having sour knees after tennis. His doctor advised him to wear the knee brace. I browsed several knee braces on the net and finally chose this one for him. With a period of time after using it, come back to give the following comments. It feels good and valuable, my dad loves it a lot. You may feel slight constriction at first and will get used to it later on. The knee brace could provide powerful support to your knees. You could do anything with it. But did not help with knee hyperextension.

I had a hard time putting it on. Probably uset error.
