Very comfortable
I haven't been using it that long but so far I have less neck pain and it's very comfortable. I plan to keep using this daily to see if it helps my posture

Amazing wedge.
I love this wedge! Didn't really think that I would, but I've had neck pain for sometime and was willing to try anything. I lay down on this daily and use a heating pad on my shoulder... and I sleep. It helps take away the pain... for me anyway.

Only used it a couple times since purchasing the item. Does take some getting used to. However. It does seem to help my neck some.

It’s good, but not great - better than some other wedges I’ve tried
I purchased 4 different neck wedges around the same time, and this is my second favorite. I love that it is soft enough to not cause bruises or a sore neck.If you use it as designed (place your neck in the curve designed for the neck), the wedge is too small as it is designed for a child or petite person (I am 5’6”). However, I did what another reviewer recommended. I switched the wedge and use the highest part of the wedge against my neck, and it works much better.

This is an Effective Pillow for Neck Pain
Doesn't seem like it should work this well...but it does. Months of neck pain and after a few nights using this for a little while each night (I don't recommend using it for long periods of time) I found it stretched out my neck and drastically reduced neck pain and soreness. Does feel a bit awkward at first, the flat side uses your shoulders to help lift and stretch the neck. Removable washable case, very firm foam. I would recommend it if you have nagging neck pain.

Best item that I have ever purchased!
I Love that I have found relief with this pillow. My posture has worsened with age & a more sedentary life but, this pillow has quite literally been a lifesaver because I was in so much pain & my neck curved in the opposite direction than what it was supposed to be. I am shocked from going to a Chiropractor & Massage Therapist that nobody ever recommended my using one of these pillows. My x-rays clearly showed an opposite curvature in my neck but I was never informed that that could ever possibly be fixed. It is now & I am very happy with the results. The pillow is awesome but, I do believe the price is quite high considering that it will need to be replaced over a relatively short period of time because the foam does definitely become flatter with use. I definitely plan on replacing it with a new one but, I certainly wish that it was more affordable.
