If there's anything in this world that could be considered a "necessary evil" it's the bedside alarm clock. I personally HATE waking up to either the radio or that nasty incessant beeping. People hate these devices so much that there have even been variations on them that allowed the user to throw it across the room in order to turn it off. That said, with the advent of the cell phone innovation in this area has pretty much ended. Enter the Loftie Clock. This beautifully minimalist alarm clock is life changing. The whole experience will make your day better. First, there's the two stage alarm. One to lightly rouse you, one to signal you to wake up. Snoozing the alarm is as intuitive as any other alarm clock (just hit the big wide button). So is ending the alarm sequence. The alarm tones are beautiful, and non-jarring. They will wake you up without making you mad. Then there's the bedtime experience. Several types of noise are provided (white, brown, etc) as well as soundscapes such as a beach or crickets. Once again, all are painstakingly crafted, not just "recorded" and the sound quality is amazing. If I had one complaint it's that the speaker that is built into these clocks can't handle the depth of the sounds. It does the job to play the sounds, but loud volumes can make the speaker squeak. That said, I like the clock so much I've bought them for the entire family.

The Loftie Smart Alarm Clock is a game-changer for anyone seeking a more mindful morning routine. This elegantly designed device combines modern technology with a serene aesthetic, creating a perfect addition to any bedside table. From the moment you unbox the Loftie, you can tell it’s not just an alarm clock—it’s an experience. The soft, warm light it emits is a welcome alternative to harsh smartphone screens, gently easing you into your day rather than jolting you awake. Its two-phase alarm system, designed to wake you gradually, is a revelation. The first phase stirs you from your slumber with soothing sounds, while the second ensures you’re fully awake and ready to start your day. The Loftie doesn’t just wake you up; it helps you wind down. With features like white noise, guided meditations, and breathwork exercises, it’s like having a wellness coach right on your nightstand. The absence of distracting notifications is a refreshing change, promoting better sleep hygiene and reducing bedtime screen time. Connectivity is straightforward, with easy-to-follow instructions making setup a breeze. Plus, the minimalist design and high-quality materials mean it looks as good as it performs. Whether you’re seeking better sleep, a more peaceful wake-up, or simply a stylish addition to your bedroom, the Loftie Smart Alarm Clock is a delightful choice.
