Works as advertised, and no illness after drinking it.
Im impressed, I've gotten plenty of stim free pres and this is the only one I've used that hasn't made me Ill after 20 minutes of drinking it. Flavor is incredible (Use the right water oz's), and the versatile scoop for 3 different measurement levels of pre is something I haven't seen. I'll be re ordering this once mine runs out, definitely worth the buy.

Good to make your face itch
Kinda makes my face itchy. In all reality, this is a useless product. It wont buodl muscle, it wont make you want to the gym. Its really just a scam. But i like how it makes my face itchy. And thats pretty much it. If you want a cheap stimulate, takw creatine and a caffiene pill. Butnifnyou like your face itching, then this is ok. There much better prpducts iut there, but this realitively cheap.

Best pre-workout. Extreme energy.
This is an awesome pre-workout powder. The flavor is outstanding and the energy it gives is next level. Caution, your hair will stand on end and you may get jittery if you are caffeine sensitive, but this is one of the best I’ve found on the market. Tried 3 flavors over the years and they were all great.

Best Pre Workout Out There
ESP is the best preworkout powder out there. It kicks in after about 20 minutes and lasts several hours. No crash and does not upset my stomach. The flavors are great. My order arrived in 2 days. Seller followed up, too. Great experience.

Not effective
For some reason, the batch I received was not effective at all. I have given it multiple tries and I still get no energy. A cup of coffee gives me more energy. I was looking forward to this product unfortunately it was a letdown.

I always get the green apple flour this flavor was alright but it does the job, it doesn’t leave you shaky.
