A good product marred by one defect can make it a bad product
Sometimes a product can be good in all respects but if it is bad in just one respect the overall product is tinged with that defect. That's what I found here. The two-piece plastic enclosure for the mic came off as soon as a I opened the product. I was able to reattach the two pieces over the mic. But while I was jogging the two pieces came off again and I lost them. Now there is an ugly, loose, and flimsy exposed wire connecting the earpiece to my smartphone. Not good enough.

They are ok
The ear buds are good but no way to adjust the over the ear part so they still fall out. otherwise they sound good.
