Does exactly what it should do. I use it as a simple switcher for a wireless keyboard/mouse receiver when working between two PCs where a software KVM isn’t feasible.

I was looking for something to share my wireless mouse and keyboard USB dongle between my work pc and my home pc. For too long I've been manually unplugging and plugging it between the computers. Then I found this item. I have something similar (HDMI) for switching the screen between pcs so I stated to see if there was a usb equivalent. you need to buy two male to male usb connectors if you want to do the same as me. Now I just press the button to switch my keyboard and mouse between computers. Works perfectly.. very happy with this purchase 😊

A little pricey, but solves the problem of sharing my desktop setup with PC, MacBook and work Dell laptop. Additional USB-A ports on the front would be nice. The setup occasionally gets confused, probably Windows 11, but power cycling fixes it.

Great little lane changer. Does exactly what it says on the tin and is easy to set up. I use it for my headphones and it will be compatible with any USB headsets - I play on PC and PS5 and have a decent headset with a DAC, it was annoying having to unplug and reconnect every time I swapped device, so this works perfectly. I press one button and it swaps my headphones from PC to PS5, the connection speed only takes a second. The device is small so can fit anywhere, I use double sided stick pads to stick it to the side of my PC. The cable's it comes with are rather small though, so you might want to get your own. Overall, great value for money.

Believe the other reviews on here, mine worked for about a day or so before the usb-c connection stopped working. And yes, I tried all types of power cycling, configurations, changes of cables, and on three separate laptops (All are alt-DP compatible with 2 monitors, I checked the spec) and one macbook too (no MST I know, but not even a flicker on the screens). An expensive, but also extremely poor quality product that I spent hours fiddling with to see if it was on my end or if it broke straight from the box. It indeed broke straight from the box. Don't buy it.

Good quality and works a treat. I use it to plug in the wireless receive for my mouse and keyboard then switch between PCs so I only need one keyboard/mouse. Works a treat and highly recommended.

Looks wise, small and well built. After some weeks of testing and playing around, there are issues, which are annoying me: (1) There is a buzzing whirring noise that comes from it. Sometimes it is loud when you turn it on, but the dies down, but can hear it in the background and annoying the hell out of me. I am sure it is not meant to be like that. (2) Monitor delay - there is a prominent delay in switching between pc and laptop. Screen goes black, you can hear it physically switching and then a like 3 to 5 seconds delay before you can see anything on the monitor. (3) Sound delay - so take everything from point two and then add another delay, where the sound delay is even longer as it sorts itself out. (4) A small peev, all the ports are hdmi and I have DP from my pc and the large wide-screen monitor I use. Could have at least provided a couple of DP to hdmi adaptors. I went and purchased three DP to hdmi leads. I did buy this on sale and when you look at the others available on Amazon, they are either 50% or 350% more expensive. Overall, if you can accept the buzzing noise in the background and the fact it does not smoothly transition, then it is acceptable for the sale price. I would not purchase for the normal price. I have two weeks left testing it out, before I can return it. At the moment, I think I will return it due to the buzzing noise, which is irritating the hell out of me.

Much better than others on Amazon. Works flawlessly. These can be temperamental I have learned.

I purchased this back in August 2022 to connect a 7 port usb 3 hub to two computers so that I can switch it between them (the advertised "1in 2 out"). It's seen nearly daily use and hasn't once had a problem. I have not used it in the "2 in 1 out" configuration, but I have no reason to believe it wouldn't work. One thing to realize is this is a "switch" as in it switches whatever is connected to it (the 1 port side) between the 2 connected devices. So only 1 of the 2 ports on the 2 port side will be active. This does not act like a network switch.

Justo lo que necesitaba, funciona sin problemas, tengo conectado un USB HUB en la entrada y mi computadora personal y la del trabajo en las (2) salidas. Cuando quiero usar mis perifericos en una computadora solo presiono el switch y los cambia sin problema alguno. El USB hub tiene su propia fuente de poder, y tengo conectados teclado, mouse, camara, microfono y audifonos.

Questo deviatore USB funziona perfettamente con la mia tastiera Corsair. Finalmente posso passare da un computer all’altro senza staccare e riattaccare cavi (evitando quindi l’usura del connettore). La commutazione avviene dopo un paio di secondi ma poi si mantiene stabile e non perdo una battitura. Ne avevo comprato in precedenza un altro simile su Amazon ma era di pessima qualità mentre questo è perfetto.

Está perfecto. Si tu caso es que tienes dos pcs, y solo unos buenos cascos, con esta vaina cambias de que PC les llega la señal. Que antes estaba desenchufando cada dos por tres el dongle, y bueno es una historia.
