Works great for me!
I am using this product for a few years already, and am very happy with the results. I started with soft gels, but switched to the tablets, and found it much better form for me. Soft gels need to be taken more often, and have a specific smell, Tablets are much easier to manage. I am taking those every other week to support my low iron numbers. No side effects, as some other iron supplements. And yes, I would definitely recommend this product.

I removed one star. It’s somewhat difficult getting the capsules out of the packaging. I previously used hemaplex and it came in a bottle. I transitioned to this version it’s a slow release and I’m hoping it helps with improved absorption.
