Doesn’t quite work

I really like this product and decided to order a pack of two for my daughter and I. Sadly, one of the roller balls doesn't turn very well, so the product is not dispensed and the roller goes dry.

Used this for years after coming away from harsh spray deodorants that weren’t helping with the way I smelt. Took a couple of weeks getting used to and probably clearing pores of chemicals but I can honestly say I’ve never smelt BO once since using this. Very delicate scents I find but doesn’t dry or make skin sore. I even use this after shaving with no issues. Decided to try another brand of natural deodorant called ‘Wild’ and my smell returned. Came straight back to Salt of the Earth and won’t stop using it again.
