When do you remove the cartridge cover on top? I am not able to remove it before putting it in the heater. Is it easy to remove once the wax is heated

As soon as it heats a bit; remove the top.

What does it come with? Wax cartridges, papers to remove the wax off skin or do I have to buy those separately

It’s the warmer itself with the cable to connect it. Two cartridges a pack of papers and some wipes to remove the wax from your hands, legs etc.

Does this work on 220V and not 110V? Thanks

I used it on a 110V. Not sure about it working on a 220V, have not tried.

What do we do when we run out of wax? Is there any cartriges available?

The warmer come with 2 cartridge already and if you run out I guess you have to get some more fr this vendor
