I never write reviews. But this is the best waist trainer. I have ordered so many expensive ones that never worked so I decided to give this a try and I love it. I am 175 and I ordered xlarge.

It is comfortable enough to wear on a daily basis and not just doing working out and so inexpensive. Will be buying another one

It rolls up and down very easily so I had to make sure my sports bra covered the top and my leggings were high waisted enough to cover the bottom, but over all the amount of sweat from my stomach, back, and sides was crazy and I’m really excited to use it again during workouts. It’s super stretchy, breathable, and comfortable to wear. For it being only $10 I think it’s a great starter product if you’re wanting to lose a couple inches around your stomach area, I don’t see it being for long term use but I really do recommend it :)) I wear a 2X to 3X and it fit just fine

makes me sweat!!! I love it and doesnt even smell

I tried this product for about a week. Yes It fit well. I didn't have to squeeze into so much. Now I do feel the heat it generates when I'm moving around the house of doing my exercises. I sweat a little bit but not ass much as I do wearing the plastic wrap. I expected to be dripping with sweat. It mostly made me hot.

The quality of the product is great, and it was gentle on the skin. However, after about 10 days, it became loose and unwearable. I would suggest making it adjustable or adding a button, so it doesn’t lose grip over time due to the elastic. That way, it will remain comfortable and secure for longer use.

It’s good and doesn’t pull nor shift. Buh am giving it 4 start cause I thought it’s supposed to make me sweat. I didn’t sweat during my cardio workout session. Well, to be honest, I’m not usually the sweating type on a normal day, I hardly sweat. Thought it would help sweat as to burn fat 😁. Bonus: it doesn’t slack too. It’s good value for money if you sweat tho.
