This dryer timer--and its being available on Amazon--saved us hundreds of dollars in service call fees! It was so easy to order. My husband, who is not good on the computer, was able to do it. And he, who IS gifted in making household repairs, says it was easy to install, too. Also a huge consideration, it arrived very quickly, thanks to Prime! I was able to again dry our laundry; and his "honey do" list is now shorter. A win-win situation!

Got the part and put it in myself very easy no issues!! I was surprised it worked, when it was delivered the part was loose in the packaging. Nothing bad to say Other than tape your box shut before putting it inside Amazon package!

Easy to install
Worked fine until the hurricane swept in and storm surge ruined our washer & dryer

Good OEM replacement
I wasn't ready to replace a dryer for a bad timer so I went down the path of fixing it. Part was a like for like replacement and install took me 5 minutes (longer to find the right socket than install). Two weeks and 6 loads later dryer timer works well.

check the voltage before you install this!
I found the part number for my dryer through another site and found one much cheaper on Amazon. Only problem was that this item as I received it had a 120 volt motor to run the switch and my dryer uses a 220 volt motor. Be sure the voltage on the new motor matches the old or the sparks will fly!

This timer died in 7 months. Could not get customer support, despite the stated 1 year warranty. All contact info for support were dead ends.
