Heavy, functional cast iron.
This thing is HEAVY and sturdy and works perfectly. It’s a larger circle than expected, which has turned out to be advantageous because as I’m pressing on the burger, no grease can splatter. I am very satisfied. Would buy again for sure.

Good quality cast iron press.
We use it for cooking fresh fish both sides at the same time. It really locks in the moisture and flavor. The round shape is great with my cast iron pan.

Check the flat irons when you receive them
I received my set of flat iron today and started using the circle one almost immediately. It’s a perfect fit for the new de Buyer mineral B pan. However when I went to clean the rectangle one I noticed it has a huge crack through the middle.

Good product
Really good product I used it on my black stone for smasher burger and other meals. I prefer cast iron material over the stainless steel.
