My Overbust is 33" and underbust 30", would a size A or B be better for this push-up bra?

I'm gonna go with B. However, this is not a traditional push up bra. There is not a whole lot of push going on. This style is my everyday bra and I'm a C cup. It's just enough push up to keep things would they should be.

Do the cups run small

Yes true size , and the most comfy ever .

How much padding for a 36b?

Pick another bra...my niece wore two of them and within three months the strap broke in a place which could not be repaired. Two bras within a week of one another. was going to send them back, but figured it was not worth it.

with a 29.5 inch under bust and 32 inch over bust what size would i wear in this bra?

Definitely a 32 AI'm about 2 inches wider under so I always get a 34 & A cup size.
