(Sweet and Tart) - Beyond Raw LIT AF - Sweet and Tart

Tastes good, and gives good performance at the gym. No bad after effects

I don't know if I'm the perfect person to give this review, but I haven't experienced or tried a lot of pre workouts. I've tried the C4 and the No-Xplode. I liked both of those, but I saw this on tiktok of course and thought it would be a good change and a chance to try something new since I was in the market. I really really like this product. I don't care for the pre workouts that make your body tingle or itch. That just don't sit well with me and I believe that this product doesn't have that beta-alanine? Or if it doesn't I haven't noticed any itching or tingling feeling from this product and I've been using it for the past week for the gym. I go to the gym in the morning and I think that's the best time to use this. I find myself wound/have more energy throughout the day far after going to the gym in the morning. The taste is great! I do believe that it tastes like sweet tarts, and that's a plus as well. I also think that as far as dry scooping this is easy to get down and mixes well with water also. I would recommend this product and will purchase again.

It taste pretty good i had no complaints there. Tbh i didn’t feel any difference no jitters, no boost of energy, nothing. It could be a user problem rather than the product itself. Like maybe my tolerance it’s high idk, but it was disappointing considering other reviews have raved about it which lead me to by it expecting the same.

Really like the boost that LIT AF gives me during my workouts. Definitely do not take on an empty stomach.
