Much easier than using a knife.
Really easy to use. I dip it in some flour before pressing on the top of the conchas. Typically I would use a knife to make the lines but it’s so time consuming this makes it so much easier. It’s got a little weight to it so that’s good because I want it to last, not the weight of a cookie cutter, slightly heavier.The only thing if you add too much pressure the dough does go inside the gaps and sometimes can be difficult to take it out. Double sided, different cutting lines. Wish it came with instructions as in which side to stamp first. Overall well made and gets the job done!

Perfect size, easy to clean and durable ! I have made many concha’s and they come out perfectly cut each time. This mold could easily be used to make cute mini concha’s as well.
