Crystal balls, not flakes
I like this product, use it all the time, but they were shown as crystals and instead are little crystal balls, not what I’m used to. Will still use them but crush them up for more aroma.

Some come damaged
See picture. Out of the case of 12, seven had either no plastic cover or the plastic cover was damaged. The crystals were also frozen in chunks, which tells me they were stored in damp conditions. I was going to return but needed them ASAP to warrant off skunks in near our house. Each container I open was solid, which I had to break up with a long screwdriver.

This product is not in a can as advertised
This product was not in a can as advertised above so I had to pay $15 to send it back. I think that, if they are package in a 1LB bags, the adverts should not say they are in a can. I think this ad is very misleading.

excellent
pleasant odor. (but do not stick your nose up to the can and take a big sniff!). i put some crystals in a small plastic food storage container with slots cut in the lid. i put the containers in my drawers. no moths, and my clothes smell pleasant. i even get compliments that i smell good!

Got the chemical I ordered in the same volume but it was in bags, not the cans I thought I orderd.
I like the cans of Ice Crystals, not the bags. Product was used for keeping insects out of scientific specimen cabinets.
