Amazing!
I have suffered with Carpal Tunnel for YEARS!These were a game changer in my life. I had gone through two rounds of shots and the second round didn't provide much relief. My biggest issue was night time. I would constantly wake up through the night in pain.Wearing these gave me my first night of relief in months. I was able to sleep peacefully almost immediately and I was able to make it half the day before the pain and tingling kicked it. The more nights I used them, the more relief I got. I can't recommend these enough. They are comfortable compared to others, durable and the velcro is very good quality. They are not like other braces where the velcro loses its stick. Can't recommend these enough!

Best Brace I've EVER Used!
I have Axial SpondyloArthritis (AxSpA) and OsteoArthritis with Fibromyalgia. I find that wearing compression gear helps during flares and bad weather, but I have noticed that sometimes at night I still need to wear my old Tendonitis/Carpal Tunnel Braces, to stabilize my wrists and keep me from sleeping with my wrists bent funny. Well, I lost my right wrist brace and decided to replace it with one from my favorite brand for compression gear, Doctor Arthritis, and this is the best brace I've ever worn! This brace is much longer than most that I've tried, having three full-width straps instead of two. I was worried my large firearms wouldn't fit comfortably with the extra length, but there is way more than enough adjustment room to fit my arms and allow for variable pressure, depending on what I need and where I need it on my arm!The Thumbhole on my old brace was so small and the material was so thin, I literally cut it open. This new brace is very comfortable around my thumb, even wearing it all night long, and it's MUCH more stable, both because I didn't have to cut it, but more stable than my old brace before I cut it.My wrist isn't just locked in place with this brace, it's completely locked in the correct position. My old brace still allowed my wrist to twist a little, but this brace completely secures my wrist in the most natural position. It's fantastic. I need to buy another for my left hand.My only complaint is that the velcro closures are so secure, they're a little difficult to adjust during flares where my fingers are weak, but it's not so difficult that I can't adjust them, and I'm sure that velcro closure is a large part of why they are so secure.I marked weight down a star because this brace is bulkier than some, but the actual weight isn't very noticeable. It's really extremely comfortable.

Decent enough for short term use.
For comparison, i have severe tendonitis in both left and right wrists.I purchased the Doctor Arthritis support, then a Futuro at a local drug store. This review is strictly for informational purposes. I am in no way promoting one over the other. It's simply my take on two different items.cost.The Dr. arthritis was about 23 dollars, while the futuro comes in at 28 dollars.Comfort.Both are comfortable enough to wear all day, i have not had any issues with sweating after wearing them for a few days. The Futuro brand feels a bit more cushioned all around. They both offer the same amount of pressure where requiredStability. It feels as if the Dr. Arthritis brace allows a little bit more movement of the hand. Depending on your particular issues, this may or may not work for you.Build.I've read reviews where people complain about the metal part of the brace moving up and out of the brace itself.I've added pictures of the stitching holding it in place.I think the Futuro brand has better stitching, but Dr. Arthritis has decent enough stitching to hold it in place.I can see where the Dr. Arthritis brace may not last as long due to the construction, the straps have less stitching holding them on as the other brace. All in all, it's a serviceable brace i would imagine for short term use. Both braces, as it seems with most, the back side of the brace lacks enough material to properly cover the plastic pieces that hold the straps, they can dig in to your skin if your not careful. In my opinion, i think spending the extra five dollars is worth getting a better brace.Better build, better comfort.

Great customer service
I have dealt with ganglion cysts and tendonitis most of my life and wanted to opt for something to use at night/to sleep. These braces are very bulky. I don’t know what it is about the thumb hole but it is either the brace itself moves or it’s not big enough because it was digging into my skin below my thumb. They don’t do much with support it’s almost like the splint bar is not long enough? It’s a good concept for the product but for the price I was expecting something different.*** Update 10/4/23 ***changed from 1 star to 4 stars. They have really good customer service, after I had posted the original review they messaged me directly asking if they could send me replacement braces of what they thought would be a better fit for me. I just got them in the mail and I’m much happier with these newer / smaller braces. These ones are much more comfortable, still slightly tight around my thumb though. Otherwise fits much better and support is better too

Very Hard For Me To Get Off
OK brace BUT I find it very difficult to loosen velcro on the three straps that secure the brace. The velcro is extremely strong and hard to break loose, this problem is EXASPERATED because no gripping tab provided and it is hard to get a proper hold on strap to pull free. I have had to resort to using pliers to secure a grip on straps to remove. Two of the three metal support stays are not secured to the brace and slip out during wear, could be dangerous. I find the braces very uncomfortable after 4 to 6 hours wear and must remove them to recover.
