I purchased this drone as a lightweight drone that didn't require registration with the FAA and I was not disappointed. The drone weighs less than 250 grams and while it is lightweight, it performs well in light winds. The camera picture looks great on my phone and the video recorded on the memory card is even better! This drone has a beginner mode that limits the flights to about 95 feet from the take-off point and that is plenty for my yard. I live next to a city park and could fly from my yard over the park as long as there were no walkers on the track. The return to home feature is a very nice feature and the drone returns automatically when the batter drops down to around 15% usage left. I had the drone follow one of my dogs around the yard and the drone was probably 20 feet away so it didn't bother the dog. I was also able to set some waypoints and the drone flew the specified route and then returned to the starting point. This is a drone that has several of the features available on some of the brands that costs ten times as much. For the price, this is a great drone for beginners or kids. While it is a lightweight drone, it survived a couple of rough landings as I was getting familiar with the controls. I got it tangled in some small branches, but the obstacle avoidance system worked well when I flew it next to the house. I enjoyed flying this drone and would recommend it to someone who wants to learn more about drones and how they work. It is simple to use and there are several good videos on YouTube that explain the controls and operating instructions very well. The only drawback is that the instruction booklet is a bit small for my older eyes, but I was able to read it in brighter light, probably more my problem than the book being too small - I am sure kids with good vision could read it with no problem. I had the Loolin z6 Pro since last July. Although I have limited skills using some of the latest features, the z6 Pro does a lot of cool things taking this price point into consideration. As the attached pictures show, without the battery, this drone weighs in at just 146 grams empty, and 216 grams with the battery inserted. I think that the extra 4 grams above the advertised weight is from the micro SD card (not included with the Z6 Pro)that was inserted. Nonetheless, this is well under the FAA requirements to require an Unmanned Aircraft Pilot's License according to this Amazon ad. Although I didn't time the battery life, it definitely seems more than adequate for a drone in this price range. I would estimate that it's definitely close to the advertised 50 minutes of runtime from the two included batteries when used on a full charge. The two included battery chargers is really cool to streamline the charging process. The Loolin z6 Pro is much quieter than the other drones that I had been around. It was pertty easy to learn the controls, and was relatively stable in flight. The z6 Pro is classified as a beginner drone. The camera on this drone is decent for the money and takes photos as well as video in 1080p. I am not sure what the megapixel rating is on the photo mode. my only complaint on the camera is that it is not gimbal stabilized, but that would be unreasonable to expect in a drone of this price range. Being that this drone is GPS controlled, it will automatically return to it's launching spot when the batteries are low, or upon your press of a button. It can be set up to follow you with the video cam, program routes, orbital panning, etc. The camera is gesture controlled, although I haven't tried these features as of yet. All in all, I would say that this would make an excellent beginner drone without breaking the bank. It would make a great gift for someone wanting to get into flying drones.

Im not a professional drone pilot or an expert on drones, but I got this to try and spice up some of my Youtube videos with cool overhead/aerial shots. Before buying a drone, please check your local laws to make sure you can legally fly it. This is my first drone that I can use outside, I was worried the wind might take it away but surprisingly it held up in minor winds with out any problem at all. I found the gaming style hand controls to be very similar to playing video games which made it pretty easy to get familiar with. Its batteries give you about 15 minutes of flying time each and are pretty quick to charge too. The kit came with some pretty cools tuff. a Carry case, drone, controller, two batteries two charges and spare parts. I was not expecting all of that at all, so added bonus. AS I said, I'm no pro. I took some video which you can see in the attached pictures, my flying is kinda shaky, but its 4k video, so if you were a smooth pilot, you could get some wicked nice video and you can control the cameras angle remotely which is really cool. I also included some pictures to show you during bright sun and near dusk quality. all very nice. My son and I had fun at the park with this, But there are a ton of features I havent had a chance to try out yet. But some basic ones are the auto land and take off, auto return and flying using the camera is kind of a trip. I think anyone buying this will most likely enjoy it, so far its well made and I think great value. This would make a cool birthday gift or Christmas present for sure.

I bought this for my sons birthday and he absolutely loves it! This is a really great drone, it’s super user friendly and easy to use. Neither of us has ever flown a drone before and it was effortless. The app is also really easy to use and I like that you can fly it with either your phone or the remote and the remotes cellphone holder is easily adjustable so it can hold various sizes of phones. It takes great pictures and videos and has adjustable camera angles with the push of a button. My sons favourite part is watching the live scenery on the phone while the drone flies across the sky. He flew it across the farm, over some trees and across a building and it responded very well and never lost connection with the remote. It flies and turns in all directions as you can see in the quick video I took, it’s pretty cool and neat to see. It also comes with a handy carrying case which I took a pic of and comes with extra parts which is a nice bonus. For the price point it is honestly a fantastic drone and I highly recommend it!

Excellent well built little drone. (will update later with more pictures/videos) comes with a detailed manual which is clear and easy to follow. Very compact to take with you on a trip. Comes in a nice styrofoam protected carry case with compartments. Has extra propellers plus a extra drone battery which is nice. Easy to use and has a good distance range especially for the price point. The controller is comfortable and easy to use and charged fast. Lots of good quality photo and video options on this, just need to insert a sd card. Highly recommend this drone for someone starting out or even someone with experience. Would make a Excellent Xmas or birthday gift.

Mathis drone is not worth your $265. I have been dealing with the company with there crap product and I’m done ! It won’t listen sometimes and I have lost one completely. It turned left and took off !!! Then we were flying it by the house as it starts to do big circles and had to crash land it to grab it. If you’re looking for a drone to piss you off this is the drone you want !
