Raw sugar in bulk can, and mostly does lose it's moister and will soon be hard as a rock and difficult to use.Having the sugar come in small packets is a good solution. We use this product for cooking and eating directly on foods like cereal. so far so good. The sugar arrived on time and in good condition. We are happy with this product.
