I've ordered this once before and ran out and then I couldn't get it for syne reason so I ordered another brand. The other brand was clear and more harsh and less almondy where this brand is a nice Caramel brown and smooth. I'll only order this one from now on. It makes my hot chocolate protein drink so much better than the second brand I tried.

High quality extract that adds amazing flavor to baked goods! It has a very natural cranberry smell and not very artificial smelling. It bakes well in cupcakes, breads, and cakes with no issues to the rise. It has so many uses and has a great value for money as you would pay 2xs this amount for the size you get and this is just an outstanding product!!

I have purchased vanilla beans from this company in the past and they were of excellent quality, so I was excited to try their blueberry extract. The extract neither smells nor tastes like blueberries, or any berries for that matter. I added a fair amount to some icing and couldn’t detect any difference in the flavor, so I kept adding more… I ended up putting in a ridiculous amount before there was a noticeable change in flavor. By now the icing was a bit runny, due to the amount of extract I had to add. It tasted awful. It was bitter, still without even a hint of blueberry flavor. There was some type of flavor it imparted (besides bitter), it just wasn’t something I could identify. Other reviewers mentioned the oddly shaped bottle. It is no different than a vitamin bottle, with a large opening — way too large to pour liquid into a measuring spoon. I had to put my measuring spoon inside the bottle, which is not a great way to keep the contents sanitary. Even if the product was to my liking, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired.

I purchased this mainly to use as an extract for when I make my pistachio ice cream. There wasn’t any leakage from the bottle as it was very well packaged and the smell of it was mild and not overpowering.It came in a couple of different sizes but I opted for a bigger size as I will be using it frequently, my pistachio ice cream is a favorite flavor.

This had a very nice floral aroma and delicate taste. I could have used a slightly stronger nutty taste, but it was perfectly adequate for my baking needs.

mints are one of those flavors that tend to be too strong. that the flavor in this extract is so weak could be a boon for bakers who are looking for a more mild mint.unfortunately, for the flavor intensity i'm looking for using this in hot cacao and brownies, i have to use an absolutely bonkers amount. a full tablespoon for a single cup of hot chocolate, vs 3 andes mints i normally use. the usual recipe for brownies calls for 1 tsp mint extract, i had to use 3 tbls of this.so, value for money if you're looking for an intense mint, this ain't it. but if you're looking for a mild mint, this could be just what you're looking for.
