I am really liking the Mavala brand! I have had acrylics then gels and now I just use this product and my nails are recovering very nicely. Considering what I have put my nails through, they are coming in strong. I suggest using the Mavala Gel Top Coat to finish it off with a nice smooth shine as the fibers in Step 1 tend to cause a rough finish even with the Step 2 Sealer. I am also using the Nail Hardener along with strengthening cream.

Good so far.
I received this yesterday, today I prepped my nail and applied as the directions indicated. I had not problems with excess small fibers after the second coat was applied. I finished using my normal OPI base, laquer and top coat. The ridges from my nails are not visible, the base coat, laquer and top coat all went on easily and well. Will know by the end of the week if this worked. As of now I am really pleased with the appearance of my nails.

Best friend for troubled nails
This product strengthens my nails. I have psoriasis in the nail bed & it acts up sometimes & sometimes my fingernails are very sensitive to touch& I find this product to be extremely helpful. Originally found it at a cancer hospital. I hope amazon continues to carry this product, since you make it very easy to order. I use this frequently & would recommend

Like applying grit on your nails
I should be shot for wasting money on this. I could simply return it, but that is more effort than I wish to expend on it. The cost versus the quality and value is minimal. There are much better products on the market at a more affordable price.

Well I haven't been using it for very long so maybe that is why I haven't seen much of a result..... I hear it is great so I will keep using.

Very good nail shield
Builds and strenghtens you nails and works wonderfully with or without nailpolish on top. I especially like the fiber. Put two coats of Phase 2 on and you can wear it like it is.

Paper Thin Nails - NO MORE!
I suffer from paper thin nails that can grow a bit long and pretty, but are paper thin and always peel and then break. Any manicure would fail in less than a day because of this. Having to do dishes was a punishment, because it would make my nails so weak that polish wouldnt stick to them and they would peel even worse. I tried strengthaning polish and glitter polish to create a thick shield, but no luck. I had given up and would just keep them cut short, but even short, they would still peel back. I did a search on products that would help and tried every over the counter 'nail hardener' or 'for soft peeling nails' with little result. Finally, I stumbled on this product and instantly - after ONE APPLICATION felt like my nails were finally going to make through the day! I had a party that very day, which required lots of dishes and laundry and general house cleaning and the manicure survived! My nails felt strong and healthy and LOOKED GREAT! I am on week 2 now of using this product and am so thrilled with it, I bought a set for my mom and sister. Truly a miracle worker!
