Energy Efficient 52 Inch LED Ceiling Fan with Nutmeg Espresso Blades and White Glass Light Bowl

I needed a nice fan for a good price. I was skeptical because I never heard of Brightwatts but counted on the reviews. I received it and opened the box and found a nice looking fan for a great price. I did not purchase warranty so i hope it lasts. Fan was a little difficult to install due to insufficient instructions but I was to figure it out. I wished it included the screws for the mount to ceiling because I did not have screws on the ceiling because it was a new house. I was able to find a screw on my own to work. I bought the add-on remote with this, however, it did not fit inside the casing attached to ceiling so I am returning the remote... very disappointed on whoever tried to sell add-ons for this product. After installing fan, I found it to be very quiet so I am happy with this buy. If this lasts 6 months then I will buy 8 more for my house.

I bought this to replace an old fan that was almost identical in design. I never liked the old fan because the light was not as bright as I thought it should be. This fan looks good and was easy to install. I ended up using the blades from my old fan just because I liked their coloring a little better. I have the fan on almost every night while I sleep and it is plenty quiet. It was easy to balance the blades and it spins away with very little movement of the hub. I do like the brightness of the LED light. I have several other nightstand lights that I generally use, but when I want to really see around the room I use the ceiling fan light. This was a good value and I have no complaints.

I HIGHLY recommend this fan! It is beautiful, and quet, and this thing moves some serious air! We installed this into our living room, which is fairly big - our previous fan didn't blow even half the air flow as this fan. The price is insane - it was on sale for $79 plus a $10 coupon - so $69 altogether. I've even seen it on sale as low as $59. That's crazy for what you get. What you get is a beautiful fan, that performs as well or better than fans 3 to 4 times the price. It's a no-brainer. The only thing is - it does not come with a remote - which is not a deal breaker for me. Apparently, you can get one separately, but I can't speak for that. One more plus - the light is super bright - which is a very good thing! Hands down, an incredible value for such a well made product.

This fan offered a $20 coupon so I bought it. Installation was pretty straight forward even though the instructions were crap images made by people who assume we can't read. Use your words! The fan is very quiet and moves a lot of air. Even on high the motor is barely discernible over the air movement. Totally silent on low and medium speed. The light... It's a proprietary LED light that's bright as all hell. I think saw someone mention in another review that it wasn't very bright. Either it's a fake review, they got a bad light, or they hooked it to a dimmer, because I had to put some foil down in the bottom of the bowl to keep from getting a tan. It's also a very white light, so it feels rather intense if it's in a primary sitting room like mine is. (Right over my head) Since it's proprietary, there's not changing it out if it dies. I'm a clever jury-rigger, so I'll probably retrofit it for a pair of softer candelabra bulb fixture if at all possible. This made me want to dock it 2 stars but I only dinged them 1. Uses standard wiring color/format so it connected to my remote without a hitch. Almost no wobble at all rightout of the box (after I remembered to tighten the screws on drop down rod.)

Light works with my dimmer switch, so I can lower the lighting and keep the fan moving. Can also pull the light chain to turn light completely off. Did some research to find out that the 12 degree angle blade is good for moving air without being overwhelming or blowing papers... and in reality this is very true with this fan. You can definitely feel the breeze and coolness but without annoying blowing, and the fan is completely silent. Light, base and chains look elegant, however fan blades are a little on the manufactured-wood-board looking side, but when in motion you can't tell at all. Overall, extremely happy with the purchase, as this same fan look was twice as expensive at Lowe's and Home Depot and it wouldn't be delivered to my door. I can't speak to the install, I had my handy-man come install it for me.

Initial assessment: it’s good! Not too difficult to install. Instructions are decent, but I’ve seen better. I have a flat ceiling and I used the downrod. Fan produces very minimal noise even on the highest setting. Good airflow. The lights do work on a dimmer switch. I didn’t expect it to so that’s a bonus for me. The light is that typical warm yellow color (not a bright white); good for the bedroom, which is where I put mine. Didn’t have any issues so I’m happy so far. Would recommend.

I am so far quite pleased with this fan. Installation was easy and all the parts fit perfectly. Once up, the fan runs very quiet and puts out a decent amount of air. The only ding I can give it is the balancing kit included. The temporary plastic clip was so tight I was afraid it would damage the blades as I moved it from blade to blade to balance the fan. I used a clip I kept from another fan. Glad I had it. Once I balanced the fan by sticking on the weights, everything was fine so I thought. In the middle of the night, one weight came flying off the fan. Then a few hours later the other weight came flying off. The next morning, I rebalanced the fan using the weights I had kept from prior fans.
