Insurrection II Wild opens with a bold sweet mucky note that I cannot quite place. It can seem a bit sharp or synthetic - almost like an old handbag or cigar box you might find in an antique store. It is not bad by any means, it is just something I have never placed in any other cologne before. But don’t let the opening scare you off. Within a few minutes, it settles nicely into a warm and inviting mix of honey and tobacco. This is where the scent really starts to shine. The mid and dry down reveal a smooth blend of light tobacco, vanilla, and a touch of cocoa and amber. It’s rich and slightly sweet, with a cozy, almost gourmand feel that never gets too cloying. The tobacco stays front and center, but the honey and vanilla keep it balanced and wearable. Longevity is shockingly solid for an EDT - usually around 6 to 8 hours on skin, with longer life on clothes. Projection is strong at first, then gradually softens into a more intimate scent that stays close to the skin. It’s ideal for fall and winter, especially in casual or semi-formal settings. It has a masculine edge but could be worn by anyone who enjoys tobacco and sweet notes. Worst case, it is a big bottle so you can always feel free to spray more. I would recommend at least 6-10 sprays overall and the atomizer/sprayer is meh at best - it gives a good cloud but you do have to hold it close to the body to get good coverage. This fragrance is often compared to Mugler’s Pure Havane or even Xerjoff’s Naxos, and while it doesn’t quite reach their level of refinement, it comes surprisingly close for a fraction of the price. For those looking to explore that warm, tobacco-honey vibe on a budget, this is a fantastic option. Overall TLDR: Insurrection II Wild is a sweet, smoky, and comforting scent with excellent value for money. Once it gets past the slightly odd/musky opening, it delivers a smooth and crowd-pleasing tobacco blend that performs well and smells far more expensive than it is. A great pick for cooler months and a safe blind buy for fans of honey-tobacco fragrances.

This is an amazing recreation of Mugler's Pure Havane. As such, it delivers far more than expected at this price point. It starts out bold and boozy and settles into a warm, inviting tobacco base that lingers just right. It smells like autumn when the leaves are turning and you want to curl up in a nice warm blanket with a hot toddy and enjoy a good book. In terms of performance, it projects well without being overpowering. You’ll get noticed, but not in an aggressive way. It strikes a balance between being assertive and subtle, making it versatile for both day and night. It hangs on for about 8 hours on my skin, dying down to a skin scent after about six hours. The bottle presentation is clean and modern. The weighty glass and sleek design add a touch of sophistication that wouldn’t look out of place on a high-end shelf. It’s clear that thought went into both the fragrance and its presentation. This is a definite winner, and at this price point it's a safe blind buy.

Very happy with this! I have only tried samples of Pure Havane since it’s pretty pricey now that it is discontinued but really wanted something close to it in my collection. I considered other dupes, but since I’ve been burned one too many times lately with middle eastern dupes I decided to go with this. I was very pleasantly surprised. It isn’t a 1:1 of PH but it is really smooth and nice. Not as smooth as PH but well done nonetheless. The price is also a huge plus. Looking forward to the colder months to bust this out regularly. I save 5 stars for masterpieces but it’s definitely deserving of a high mark. If you enjoy the overall DNA of Pure Havane I would definitely go for this.

Love love love this scent. The tobacco is subtle but hits the rights notes with the nose. If you want a masculine scent that last 4 to 5 hours, this is for you.

The fragrance smells amazing but for some reason I'm not getting the longevity so many other people are getting. I sprayed it on me and maybe 3 hours later I couldn't smell it anymore. My brother sprayed it on and the same thing with him. We couldn't smell it anymore after a few hours. If you only need a something for a quick trip to the store or a couple hours at the gym then this will work fine but don't think it will last a full work day unless you reapply throughout the day.

This is a very nice fragrance. I own both the original Insurrection II and the "Wild" flanker. The original was a nice fragrance that smells a lot like Creed Aventus. This flanker (it isn't really a flanker in the true sense since it smells completely different fwiw) is a clone of the AMen Pure Havane and Pure Malt lines. As others have said it is a very convincing clone. If you are smelling them side by side you can tell the difference. But just presented a random sample without the "real thing" to compare against it would be hard to tell. The real difference is in the opening. For the first 10 - 15 minutes this one has a bit harsher tone to it. The scents come through less blended and a bit more "chemical". Not bad, just not as smooth as the fragrance it's emulating. After that though they are very similar. It smooths out fine with a bit of time and lasts a long time. Really the drydown is where it's at with this fragrance. Put it on 30 - 45 minutes before you go out and you will be in the sweet spot. Like AMen it projects quite well. People around you will know you are wearing it. The smell is sweet, tobacco/whiskey with some vanilla and chocolate. Mix in some spices and you got it. It is a very bold scent. I would use it any time it is cool. Not great for warm weather. Overall, this is definitely worth $20 no question about it. If you like smelling delicious this is for you.

I kid you not. I have a number of fragrances across various niche, designer, and cheapies. This is right up there with the best of the best!!! Unheard of value.

Por 30 euros es una magnífica fragancia inspirada en otras como Naxos y Pure Havanne, la primera carísima y la segunda descontinuada y casi imposible de encontrar ya. Olor delicioso y rendimiento aceptable teniendo en cuenta lo que vale.

un ottimo profumo dove il connubio tabacco vaniglia primeggia per tutta la sua evoluzione , ha anche una particolare boccetta dal bel design ed una bella scatola rigida a forma di libro che lo protegge dunque adatto anche per un bel regalo magari di natale visto che sicuramente è un profumo adatto per l'inverno , naturalmente deve piacere la nota di tabacco sicuramente molto virile addolcita da una intensa vaniglia,ha un'ottima persistenza e sulla mia pelle lo sento bene per 5/6 ore , questo profumo è quasi sconosciuto nel mercato italiano e non penso si trovi nelle profumerie fisiche , personalmente penso abbia senso comprarlo quando viene messo in vendita attorno ai 25€/30€ non di più .
