Gone downhill over the past few years
I"ve been a subscriber (first in print and then digital) for over 10 years and I've seen it go downhill over the past few years. It seems like every "article" in each issue is about selling things. I understand they've got to pay their bills, but in this materialistic society we live in, do you really need electronic insoles to tell you your running data? The reason i got into running was because it was simple...just put on a pair of shoes, shorts, and a shirt, and head out the door. You don't need $200 rain jackets and $100 sunglasses and all the fancy electronics. Every issue seems like they're just trying to convince people that they need things so they can boost their advertising dollars. Sadly, after my current subscription runs out, I will not be renewing it. Best of luck to the magazine, but I don't want to pay for a magazine full of advertisements.

Content is great but....
The content is great but if you also subscribe to the print version you will be disappointed that the Kindle version is released each month long after its print companion. By the time the Kindle versions arrives I typically will have read every article in the print version twice. This would be fine if the Kindle version was free with my print copy but it is not. I will likely cancel the Kindle version subscription soon.
