I am having a terrible time going to sleep and staying asleep. I purchased these capsules after reading their description thinking they would have to help since the price was so high. WRONG! I took them for two nights and neither night did they help me sleep. In fact, it seemed like they affected me the other way . . .I was MORE awake than I usually am. FURTHERMORE, I couldn't return them for a credit or refund. I had not read this anywhere on the verbage about the product before I bought them. It was just forty-something dollars down the drain! Do not purchase this product!

I have been taking Ambien for over 8 years. A friend of mine oversees drug trials and told me to get off Ambien as quick as possible. I am asthmatic and I have tried over the counter sleep aids before and never found one that works. A friend of mine tried Avinol and suggested I try it. It is all natural and herbalingredients. I doubted it would work but I decided to give it a try. I don’t have trouble falling asleep. My issue is staying asleep. Especially If something wakes me up. I am awake the rest of the night. I couldn’t believe it when I woke up the next morning really rested and without the foggy brain that I normally had on Ambien. I am happy now that I am taking just herbal ingredients to help me sleep. The pills are a little big but the great thing is they don’t have an after taste.

does not work for sleep

I was having trouble sleeping more than four to five hours each night and was anxious to get this product. The first night I took it at 8:30pm and went to bed at 9pm. It helped me fall asleep but I awoke at 2am with a headache. I had trouble getting back to sleep. I decided to try it again the next night hoping the first experience was just an anomaly. Unfortunately, dame experience the second night… including the dreaded headache that wanted to stay with me throu the morning even after taking two Tylenol.Very disappointed with these sleep aids and can’t recommend them to anyone.

I took this as directed and it definitely made me feel quite drowsy after the half hour. I fell asleep easily and easily fell asleep during the night after getting up several times to use the bathroom. It is expensive so I will be trying Primal Harvest Sleep next time which is much less expensive.

This product did nothing, sadly nothing. I wanted to find something without melatonin and had decent ingredients. This is an expensive product so I felt I wasted my money--lesson learned again! How I wish Bach Rescue Remedy lozenges would come back on the market
