Business Phone
I got this phone as a business phone, so I'm only making a few texts/calls every day. I can't relate to anyone who uses this more often... but I will say I'd feel for them. So this phone is great, I'll start with that, but it definitely has tons of flaws (but it's also really cheap, so expect them?) For one, it's very sensitive! Anything you glance at and it opens/closes the app. You could be in the middle of typing and gently touch the home button and you're there. Another thing is the speed. It is very laggy. I know it's 4G, so I don't expect it to be great.... but it's impossible to use sometimes. Patience is necessary. Good things about the phone are that it comes with a phone case. It's very easy to setup. It's perfect for business purposes. It works with Mint and I'm assuming others. It can take a few beatings. I have had 0 issues with it to date. And I love the smaller more mobile size of it. Highly recommend.

Barely functional...
Update: This phone is barely functional... Western Union telegrams would make this this look fast. 8-( After installing the battery and attaching the back cover I had a menu of options... I tried to volume down to the NORMAL one but it say the key press as enter. So it is stuck here for an hour at "FASTBOOT mode...". Of course, there is no notch that I can find to pull off the cover to remove the battery. And of course Alcatel apparently is recycling "1" models so videos on Youtube do not apply to THIS phone. Holding the power button in for 15 seconds corrected the odd FASTBOOT mode. Product listing says DUAL SIM... the foreign only paper shows it has DUAL SIM cards but the pictures do not match the phone so it appears a fast one was pulled...

Going back in time!
What can I say, it's a really bad phone, but let's be honest, that's what you are paying for.I gave it 3 stars because at least I could communicate during an emergency, it's really slow, I haven't used a phone this slow in over 12 years. If you need an urgent phone for a few days, get this one because of the price, but just know that your patience will be tested from the first minute.

Celular barato pero malo a los 20 días de la compra ya no carga la batería se calienta bastante por ese precio hay mejores.
