Good lock!
I used this only once since I purchased it. I’m using it for a trailer lock for when I go out of town with my trailer. I love these locks because of the key that comes with it. Since U-Haul no longer sells locks, I have noticed they’ve switched to a regular key versus the circular key that this one comes with.

Purchased for Locksport
I purchased this lock for the express purpose of picking it open. I've had it for a few months and still haven't managed to get in. That could be due to how this specific lock was manufactured and keyed, or it could just be a decent security lock. Covert Instruments makes a tool to pick these kinds of locks which does not fit in this lock (another positive). While nothing is truly impenetrable to all destructive or nondestructive attacks, I would say this lock would stop the average or slightly above average person from bypassing it

Cheap china crap
The lock in action is choppy and free spinning not engaging mechanisms. This is typical of china made crap. One of the keys came cracked at the bottom of the barrel at the neck. This is the black rubber coated lock. Sucks, sucks bad. Yay china…too bad there are no “negative” scores to give.

Not too bad of a lock
I honestly purchased this for practicing a hobby of mine. Sport-picking. Wasn’t too bad for a lock. Seems like it would work well for a storage unit or something similar. Harder to pick because there is no guide line on the cylinder to place a tension tool into. Good for security.

Solid lock
All locks can be removed by a thief!! This cylinder lock just makes it a bit harder to be cut with bolt cutters. Plus the thief will be making a lot more noise hence giving me enough time to arrange said thief’s meeting with Jesus!

Awesome lock
Had a lock this shape with no rubber bumper and a key lock for my work locker, so when the key bent I started looking for a replacement w/ this specific type of circle key rather than a regular key and found this. I love it would highly recommend.

Poor Quality, Non-standard size key, incomplete seam weld, fair for the price.
This lock was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for. The weld seam was incomplete. It did not cover the center part of the lock under the shackle at all. The key is not a standard size it very slightly smaller than similar American made keys. This lock is made in China. The mechanism seems to be sloppy and does not have a fluid motion. This could pose a problem in the future. I would not buy this again but for the price its fair.

Very secure
My guess is that it would be easier to cut through whatever this lock is attached to than it would be to defeat this lock.
