Equipment is good but let down by not having a simple means to print from the computer. Even the cheapest phone can down load printer drivers, so why not an expensive piece of diagnostic equipment. Supplier reached out after submitting initial feedback and fully resolved the issue. Very pleased!

Nice topology and large screen looks very advanced on Mercedes and BMW however couldn’t clear codes on a Peugeot had to use autel the tool is a little behind on others such as top don and thinkcar

Hello! I thought I'd share my experiences when it comes to Car-Diagnostic tools! For several years I have used other Car-Diagnostic tools, among others, Icarsoft and Autel, those tools are fine if there are error codes, but if you want to do something more detailed, XTOOL is clearly the best! There are of course small flaws with the D9S Pro as well where you can't access certain parts in the car, but as I said it is the most compatible of the ones I've tried! Where I have noticed the biggest difference between these brands is the customer service, Icarsoft's customer service I have not received an answer to, Autel's is very tough on that part as well, but on the other hand XTOOL's is very good, you usually get an answer the same day (weekdays) if you have some questions. I really recommend the XTOOL D9S PRO to those who want an outstanding diagnostic tool that can handle most things! Sincerely, Anton

Perfect product it's my second xtool after d8bt . Incredible battery life. Unfortunately distributor is pricing it more than other sellers.

Sehr schlechte deutsche Übersetzung, habe ich zweimal eine email am Support xtool geschrieben, kommt keine Antwort, ich empfehle niemanden das Diagnosetool zu kaufen. Tablet ist auch sehr langsam, die Topologie Scan auch sehr langsam. Besser 200€ drauf zahlen und einen Launch kaufen.
