Love this hydration packet. I used it all through pregnancy and the day I gave birth and now post partum. I use it when I feel like I am drinking enough water but am still feeling thirsty. I love that it's okay for my kids to drink as well. Mild flavor and absolutely worth the cost.

Used these during my third pregnancy and I could feel the difference from my previous pregnancies. Continued to use them while pumping and even do so post partum. I don’t think I will ever not use them. I can instantly feeling the difference.

Both my husband and I tried the lemon flavor. It was terrible and left a nasty after taste. I will not be finishing the rest of the package. I do not recommend this flavor to anyone. Don't throw money down the drain. 0/10 rating.

I bought this being that i already take this brands prenatal. After taking it i do feel some what of a difference not a significant one tho. And to be completely honest it tastes horrible . After awhile you just get used to the tase but once im done with the pack i ordered i will not be buying this again

So.. I’m giving this product 4 stars because it does what it’s supposed to do. Hydrate you, which I notice it does especially being 10weeks pregnant and have suffered a few occasions of low blood pressure 70/50 due to dehydration this product helps me keep hydrated…The flavor is not the best I can best explain it as a very watered down yellow Gatorade. I push through the taste simply for my health I wouldn’t purchase this product if I didn’t NEED it.

I am obsessed with this electrolyte! I don’t know why others say it has bad taste! No idea could what they are looking for! Too sweet thing?!! So this is not a good choice for you then! Don’t change people’s mind by these negative reviews about taste! I was looking for an electrolyte that doesn’t have added sugar and stevia since stevia could cause hormones imbalance! Until 2008 it was forbidden in the USA due to cancer risk!! ( based on my google search i am not a doctor) I searched a lot to find an electrolyte without stevia! Found this Needed but was concerned about its taste as several reviews mentioned that! My husband pushed me to give it a try and I bought lemon flavor! and it’s absolutely great! Very little sweet with smell of lemon! I added a little lemon to it and it was even better! I am not sure about other flavors! I like it

I was really excited to get this product bc of how clean the ingredients were. I am currently pregnant and was looking for a safe quick hydration packet. Like anything that is super healthy- it tastes “natural”- it basically is like a liquid smelly vitamin. I added the packed to ice water and almost threw up when I took a sip. I added some lemon juice to it to see if it would hid the plastic flavor - it did not. I would recommend CHUGGING THIS if you want something quick. This is not an enjoyable hydration packet. Also no returns :)
