Great for 3 Biologic Click-inject medication
This mini fridge is the only one that will hold 3 of my Orencia click-injects. It is easy to use. The power button turns on quickly, plus it has a press and hold to turn it off. This prevents it from being accidently turned off! We ran multiple trials using a fridge digital thermometer to see if it stayed within the temperature range for my medications and it did (3C - 8C). The temperature is in Celsius. When we ordered, it was listed as taking close to 3 weeks or more to arrive, but came in less the 2 weeks! We traveled by air and had no trouble getting through TSA. It easily fits under the seat with room for feet. The carrying bag is well designed. It has webbing at all the vents on the fridge and you can see the display easily. Will update if we have issues outside the USA.There is only one major issue we had with the mini fridge. We bought the fridge with 2 battery packs, which was to give us 24 hours for run time. When tested, in a 68 degree room, with both battery packs fully charged, it lasted only 12 hours. We contacted the supplier and they were very willing to help us figure out a solution, but they are not allowed to send additional battery packs. They can only send battery packs with the mini fridge. We searched the internet and could not find any battery packs that would work with the mini fridge. We found we could possibly make our own battery packs, but it would be very expensive. We tried many different solutions to getting a full 24 hours run time. The following is how we resolved the issue:Here is how we got 29 hours of cooling, at 68 degrees F room temp. Thefridge has two internal batteries and we used two 26800mah externalpower banks. Make sure all batteries are fully charged.- Start running the fridge before you leave with 110V or USB power (ittakes about 0.5 hours to cool to the proper temp)- Run fridge on the 4 C degree setting until indicator shows about 1 bar(runs about 8 hours)- Plug in one fully charged power bank to the USB/power connector on thefridge - see picture (runs about 6 hours until power bank shuts off)- Replace power bank with fully charged power bank (runs another 6 hours)- Now the internal batteries are partially charged and will run thefridge another 9 hoursLink to the power bank we used: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZX22KJS?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-t1_ypp_rep_k0_1_12&=undefined&crid=1P952Y6LXPHKR&sprefix=battery%2Bpack&th=1Portable Charger Power Bank 26800mah, Ultra-High Capacity Safer External CellWhen you order the fridge with 2 battery packs, you only get 1 charging cable for batteries. It takes about a day to charge 1 battery pack. Here is were we got more charging cables so we could charge the internal battery packs at the same time (must be 3.7V):https://amazon.com/gp/product/B09CMQ8XXV/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1Blomiky 3.7V 800mA Fast USB Charger Cable with SM-2P Connector PlugI gave this mini fridge 4 stars because, outside of the length of the cooling time, it is a well made and thought out mini fridge. Plus, YNITJH customer service was quick to respond and wanted to make it right for us.

wont keep cool says 2 deg C used a thermometer and it is 47 degrees!
I raise Shiba Inu’s and I’m using this to store vaccines that are very sensitive to temperature and must be kept between 36 and 45° this already has failed months ago just didn't have time to up date the review. Says it is 2deg C and temp measured is 47 even at times 51 so not working and not the temp that it is displaying. Also any time I unplug and go to battery mode won't hold any temp.
