डिलीवरी नहीं हुआ, अमेजन हेल्प नहीं कर रहा
में अमेजन की कई सालों से ग्राहक हूं, पर एक साल पहले मैं अपने ने घर पर शिफ्ट हुई तब से अपमाजों डिलीवरी का बड़ी समस्या हुई है। इनका मीरा रोड के इस लोकेशन पर इनका इनके डिलीवरी पार्टनर्स बदमाश है, वो प्रोडक्ट्स डिलीवर नहीं करते और ऑर्डर में डिलीवरी स्टेटस डिलीवर दिखाते है। जिससे मेरे अकाउंट्स की क्रेडिबिलिटी पर प्रश्नचिन्ह लगता है और मुझे लॉस भी होता है।मेरा यह प्रोडक्ट्स डिलीवर नहींहुआ और मैने तुरंत शिकायत भी की, पर अब अमेजन मेरे मदद नहीं कर रहा है। उनके रिकॉर्ड्स और इंटरनल इंक्वायरी के आधार पर वो कह रहे है आपका प्रोडक्ट्स delivered हुआ है और हम आपकी मदद नहीं कर सकते।वेरी बेड experince रहा।। कृपा ध्यान दे ।
