Fixed our air conditioner in 5 minutes would have cost us hundreds very easy to install, just take a picture of the unit and compare, it’s okay if it’s bigger than original part

Easy to replace. It was the same size as the original one. Everything was compatible and unit and fan came back on after replacing. Sorry didn’t get a picture or video.

Worked as described. I keep a couple of these on hand because they seem to go out at the most inconvenient time. Easy swap to get the AC unit back up and running. I would recommend.

Great capacitor at a very good price!

I purchased this in May 2023 to have on hand as a spare. It was installed in May 2024 when the original capacitor on my AC unit failed. I bought another of the same to have on hand. This unit worked fine until it failed on August 28 2025, so just over a year after install. I put the other on and we’ll see how long it lasts. I’ve messaged the seller about a warranty claim. Will update or edit once I see how that goes. Update: Seller promptly sent me a replacement under warranty. Changed my rating to 4 star for good customer service. Although it didn’t last as long as it should have the seller stands by its product.

Bought for a spare . My current PowerWell is about 5 years old and still working . I like that it is the correct diameter for my ac unit.

So, I bought two of them about a year ago as a just in case. It was Sunday evening just about 10pm, we had a 103 Degree scorcher of a day and the AC starts blowing out warm air and I'm like #@$^ ! and I tell the wife to start packing - its hotel night, then I remembered I had these Capacitors, now keep in mind I've never changed one in my life, but an Ol' AC Guy told me these are the #1 items that go out and they are easy to replace. So, I quickly jump on Youtube, see how they are changed out (make sure you write the color of the wires that match the poles), I turned off the 220v breaker and then you have to disconnect the thermostat inside (it has 24v running thru it), since mine was programmable, I simply pulled it off then went outside to the condenser unit and took the panel off (it took more time to take the panel off then to replace the Capacitor), then I had my wife write down how the wires were connected, I was very nervous because the capacitors have a lot of juice in them - you have to be careful that you aren't touching the blades with your bare hands, anyway - she wrote them down, I pulled the old one off, then reconnected the wires then went back and turned on the power outside, then went inside and reconnected the thermostat and I turned the AC back on (at thermostat) and NOTHING HAPPENED. I was about to just throw in the towel and then all of a sudden the condenser started and the unit started to start moving the freon....... My Wife Looked at me with the Look..... I WAS A HERO !!!! Don't Get One.... GET TWO !
