This book is a great tool!
My kids are 3 and 5 and they seem to enjoy picking out their feelings and then we work with how to calm their bodies. This book is extremely helpful.

Nice product!
Love the concept of putting emotion pics in a flipbook...used it for my children to flip through and identify how they are feeling in a situation. There are enough but not too many emotions to choose from. Beautiful bright graphics! The solution page on the back is neat and can help kids learn to take responsibility for their feelings and handle them appropriately.
