I sleep like a drunk baby with these on--no need to constantly turn over during my allergy season at it's worst. Drugs don't last the whole night & many have side effects. This makes my sinuses & nose better! Peel slowly, I've torn skin, even with the sensitive skin. Rub residue off, if you don't you can collect some lint on a line on your nose.
