Perfect for powering a NES
Combined with a USB-C charger that outputs 9V, I was able to get rid of the giant NES power adapter brick and use a significantly smaller charger with this cable to power my old Nintendo.Just make sure your USB-C charger outputs 9V and at least 1A and you should be good to go.

Defective or wrong cable
The item description says 3ft cable. Mine arrived 3 inches. I don't care. The picture shows 3 inches, not an issue for me.The item describes a PD trigger voltage of 12v. This cable doesn't issue any PD trigger. I've tried on numerous supplies and battery banks that I can PD/QC trigger for 12v. This cable does not. Send me the correct cable right away. I must insist.

9 vdc
I like that there isn't a transformer on this cable, keeping it slim. Gets me a good stable 9vdc output, which is more than I can say for the new wallwart I replaced.

Works on quad cortex with battery pack
Quad cortex, bought a battery pack, I used this to go usb c to dc. Works great, the auto voltage selected properly. I bought two, this and a different brand and this one worked. Saved me from having to get that $80 blue cube. Worked, atleast for now, day 1. I’ll update if it crappes out early

Works great
Works great. Outputs 12v as advertised. For those not getting 12v, verify that our power source is capable of outputting 12v. It's an optional voltage, so most power bricks don't support it. If yours doesn't, you might get 9v (a mandatory voltage) instead, or you might get no output.

I’m using this to power my Starlink Mini. Works great, no problems so far.

15v and low amps
This adapter does not function as described. Instead it puts out 15v and cuts off after ~30w (was plugged into a 100w charger). The 15v is steady (see video) but jeez, nothing I buy seems to have an accurate description these days. Wastes my time returning it, but I need a 20v adapter, not 15v. I am tumescent with frustration.

Quality control issues
Using this as a way to power my 12v QRP amateur radio from a USB battery bank. First item ordered was defective in the same way another reviewer mentioned - no output, so I returned it. I took a chance and ordered another one, and it works and seems fine. The defective one and the good one had different cable lengths despite being supposedly the same model. Looking forward to using the good one. Seems like a decent option for operating a radio if you are willing to spend the time to measure the cable and return if necessary.
