Pilot button
Heats up really quick, however the pilot button is really low to the bottom of the unit, and it is hard to see and read. I do wish it had a lid or cover to prevent any possible particles getting in the cooking oil, after it has been used for the day, but other than that I have been satisfied so far.

Worst customer service
I bought this fry only to use it 2 times and then the it wouldn’t light anymore. Called customer service for warranty and to send someone out to fix it. Well there was no one in my area so I had it fixed. I had to pay for it. DO NOT BUY FOR THIS COMPANY

Wrong orifice.
I got a natural gas fryer but I really wanted the propane one. Now I'm struggling to find somewhere that can sell me the orifice I need to get the thing working. I'd give this a five star if this was a propane.
