Bought the vitamins for my mom to take with some other supplements. They seem to work for their intended purpose in conjunction with the other stuff she takes since she reported that her energy levels are a bit higher. My mom complains about every pill being hard to swallow so she might not be the best person to judge the easability with which it passes the throat...... Nonetheless, she takes it as recommended so it must not be that bad, the benefits obviously outweighs the hassle
